Fixed-scope paid pilot · USD 249

Supplier files in. Shopify drafts out—locally.

Turn an authorized supplier CSV or simple XLSX into explicit field mapping, quarantined exceptions and a deterministic reconciliation receipt. This is import preparation, not storefront scraping.

USD 249 covers one file, up to 200 SKUs and one consolidated revision. The inquiry is free: share column names, row count and a fictional edge case only—never a real supplier file.

One local run

Four inspectable outputs.

  1. 01shopify_import.csv31-column import output
  2. 02quarantine.csvRows that need a human decision
  3. 03field_mapping.csvSource-to-Shopify field trace
  4. 04reconciliation.jsonCounts, hashes and release state

A deliberately narrow job

Supplier-file QA, not a storefront scraper.

The workflow begins with a file the buyer owns or is authorized to use and returns an import-preparation package with every unsafe decision left visible.

What the buyer controls

Nothing leaves the machine unless the buyer moves it.

The fixed pilot uses one redacted or sanitized file, makes zero store writes and never signs into Shopify.

  1. 01
    Validate

Reject unsupported files and ambiguous headers before any catalog output is written.

  2. 02
    Normalize

Apply explicit field mapping, typed values and variant rules without calling Shopify.

  3. 03
    Quarantine

Keep conflicts and unsafe rows visible instead of guessing or silently dropping them.

  4. 04
    Reconcile

Write one deterministic receipt with row counts, output fingerprints and the release state.

Synthetic product proof

The output contract passed locally and in one private Cloud smoke.

The private smoke used one fictional row and reproduced the expected Dataset item plus all declared key-value outputs. A separate local SDK run validated the 10,000-row engine ceiling without network calls.

  • Private Cloud: 1 accepted row, 0 quarantined, 1 Dataset item
  • Private Cloud: all five declared outputs matched expected hashes
  • Local SDK: 10,000 validated Dataset items
  • No customer file, Shopify credential, store connection or public Actor was used

Fixed pilot contract

One file. One visible correction queue. One review round.

The opening price is public, but the inquiry is not an order. Work starts only after scope, delivery files, acceptance checks, timing and payment route are confirmed in writing.
